Aluminum oxide sensors measure moisture concentration in gases and non-aqueous liquids from trace to ambient levels. Their ease of use, wide measurement range and rigorous calibration standards make them the preferred choice for industrial moisture measurement worldwide.

DewPro MMY30

The DewPro MMY 30 is a loop-powered dew point transmitter for analyzing moisture content in dessicant air dryers, pipeline natural gas and industrial gases. The 4-20 mA output measures dew point temperature or ppm in gases at line pressure or atmospheric pressure. It features a planar capacitive aluminum oxide sensor for exceptional corrosion resistance, extended calibration stability, quick response times and an exceptionally low temperature coefficient.

HygroPro

The HygroPro is a loop-powered, intrinsically safe moisture transmitter for measuring the moisture content in gases and non-aqueous liquids. The HygroPro moisture transmitter features an aluminum oxide moisture sensor, temperature thermistor and pressure transducer built on a single probe mount to provide real time measurements for the calculation of parameters.

IQ

The moisture.IQ is a multichannel, multifunction analyzer used wherever moisture impacts the quality, efficiency or performance of a product or process. The new touchscreen display and graphics-based interface allow for easy at-a-glance viewing. The built-in auxiliary inputs allow you to add two additional transmitters and an oxygen measurement to each available channel-making it the most versatile moisture analyzer on the market.

PM880

The PM880 moisture analyzer is a complete, portable hygrometer for measuring the moisture/humidity content of industrial gases and liquids. The PM880 was designed to meet the most demanding process applications. Utilizing the proven aluminum oxide moisture sensor, the PM880 can express the absolute humidity of gases and liquids in multiple measurement units.

Conductivity meters, analyzers and transmitters are used for the continuous process measurement and monitoring of conductivity, resistivity, WIFI, demineralizer water, RO water, percent concentration, boiler blowdown and TDS.

FLEXA®202

The model FLEXA® two-wire analyzer is used for continuous on-line measurements in industrial applications. It offers an option for single or dual sensor measurement, making it the most flexible 2-wire analyzer available. The model FLEXA® modular-designed series analyzer offers 4 parameter choices – pH/ORP (oxidation-reduction potential), contacting conductivity (SC), inductive conductivity (ISC) or dissolved oxygen (DO) – with the respective sensor module.

ISC450

The ISC450 is designed to measure specific conductivity by using the inductive conductivity method. This method is especially suitable for high conductivity measurements. The analyzer works with a sensor that has two, built-in toroidal transformers. An AC current induces a voltage in the process sample, giving it its own current. The strength of this current is proportional to the conductivity of the sample following Ohm’s law.

SC450

The model SC450 is designed to measure specific conductivity with contacting electrodes. This method is proven to offer very high measurement accuracy especially in pure and ultra-pure water applications. The SC450 has a self-tuning pre-amplifier that eliminates measuring errors associated with cabling and reduces polarization caused by high conductivities and cell fouling.

Conductivity sensors and electrodes are used to measure process conductivity, resistivity, WIFI, demineralizer water, RO water, percent concentration, boiler blowdown and TDS. They offer various installation options including retractable, flow thru, immersion, and direct insertion.

ISC40

The model ISC40 sensors are designed for use with our 2-wire analyzers and 4-wire analyzers. This combination exceeds all expectations for conductivity measurement in terms of reliability, accuracy, rangeability and price performance. The accuracy is 0.5% of reading plus 0.5 uS/cm for any conductivity value – regardless if it is measured in rinse water or concentrated acids. Theses sensors are guaranteed to have a long life, even under harsh industrial conditions.

SC42/SC4A

The SC42/SC4A is a contacting conductivity sensor that measures conductivity by applying an alternating electrical current to the sensor electrodes (that together make up the cell constant) while immersed in a solution and measuring the resulting voltage. The solution acts as the electrical conductor between the sensor electrodes.

SC42/SX42

The SC42/SX42 is a high pressure, high temperature contacting conductivity sensor primarily designed for boiler blowdown and condensate leak detection applications. These conductivity cells have extremely high temperature and pressure ratings: the threaded types can handle 16 bar at 200°C and the flanged types can handle 40 bar at 250°C.

Dissolved oxygen analyzers measure the amount of oxygen dissolved or carried in the process liquid. There are three common technologies for dissolved oxygen measurements: polographic, galvanic and optical. The standard units of measure are milligrams per liter (mg/l), parts per million (ppm), parts per billion (ppb), or % saturation.

DO402G

The DO402G is a dissolved oxygen converter that is designed to meet the exacting requirements of measuring dissolved oxygen in the modern industrial environment. It accepts inputs from both galvanic and polarographic sensors and can display/transmit numerous signals including percent saturation, mg oxygen/l water and ppm.

It is also effective in river monitoring, intake protection, fish farming and other fields where water quality is important.

OXYGOLD G

The OXYGOLD G is a dissolved oxygen sensor for general use in trace measurement. It was developed for use in power plants, chemical, pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries. It is suitable for use at high temperatures, high pressures and during sterilization and CIP. The OXYGOLD G is easy to maintain as its inner body can be replaced by the user.

VisiFerm

The VisiFerm utilizes luminescent technology and eliminates the typical drawbacks associated with membrane components. The measurement is unaffected by sample fouling and poisoning and is virtually maintenance free as there are no membranes to replace, no electrolyte solution to replenish and no anode or cathode to clean. The VisiFerm also requires infrequent calibration.

VisiTrace

The VisiTrace is designed to measure dissolved oxygen in the low ppb range. The VisiTrace dissolved oxygen sensor offers many advantages including fast response time and easy maintenance. Improvements compared to conventional electrochemical (amperometric) sensors include flow independence, rapid start-up with no polarization time and simplified maintenance.

A Fourier Transform Near-Infrared Analyzer is a rapid, multi-component and non-destructive analyzer that allows for the real-time, continuous measurement of multiple component concentrations in a variety of processes.

InfraSpec NR800 is a Fourier Transform Near-Infrared Analyzer (FT-NIR) that offers unparalleled reliability and stability for a wide range of process and laboratory applications. The NR800 offers simple operation in the field, user-friendly software, and powerful tools for engineering, maintenance and data management.

In-line concentration measurements can be used as a real-time predictive tool for the final concentration of dissolved solids. Our process refractometers will provide a quick and accurate response that is needed to optimize production.

PR-23-GC

The PR-23-GC is an industrial, compact process refractometer for the general industry small pipeline and bypass line applications. The PR-23-GC sensor is easy to install in the process either directly in a pipe elbow by a Sandvik coupling connection or in a straight pipe via a wafer flow cell or a pipe flow cell. The measurement range covers 0-100 % by weight. The accuracy is typically ±0.1 % b.w. and the measurement is automatically temperature compensated.

PR-23-GP

The PR-23-GP is an ideal all-round refractometer for measuring the concentrations of a wide range of chemicals. The PR-23-GP sensor is installed via a flange or clamp connection. The measurement range covers 0-100 % by weight. The accuracy is typically ±0.1 % b.w. and the measurement is automatically temperature compensated.

PR-23-M

The PR-23-M is designed to be used in chemically aggressive solutions and ultra-pure fine chemical processes. It has a built-in flow cell designed to keep all metal and other easily corroding parts from coming into contact with the process liquid. All the wetted parts are made of non-metallic materials, either PTFE (Teflon®) or PVDF (Kynar®), and thus the PR-23-M sensor withstands corrosion well. The PR-23-M sensor is connected to the process by a G1/2 inch female or a 1/2 inch NPT process connection.

PR-23-RP

The PR-23-RP is a heavy duty refinery model refractometer that is designed to meet the unique requirements of the refining and petroleum industries. Typical applications include accurate liquid concentration measurements of acid in alkylation, glycol/amines in gas processing and multi-product (crude oil, fuel oil, diesel) interfaces in transfer operations. The refractometer sensor is installed in the process, either directly by welding stud or via a 1-inch, 2-inch or 3-inch cross flow cell.

PR-23-W

The PR-23-W refractometer is designed for use in chemically aggressive solutions and ultra-pure fine chemical processes in large-scale production and in large pipelines. The PR-23-W is delivered with a Saunders (DIAPHRAGM) valve body and can be mounted either in a vertical or horizontal pipe. The measurement range covers 0-100 % by weight. The accuracy is typically ±0.1 % b.w. and the measurement is automatically temperature compensated.

Liquid density analyzers measure the density of general process liquids with high sensitivity and excellent stability. They have a measuring range of 0 to 2.0 g/cm3 and are unaffected by flow rate and viscosity. Besides general purpose sensors, sanitary and explosion proof sensors are also available.

DM8C

The DM8C is a vibration type liquid density analyzer that measures liquid density of general process liquids with high sensitivity and excellent stability. It has a measuring density range of 0 to 2.0 g/cm3, and is unaffected by flow rate and viscosity. Besides general-purpose sensor, sanitary and explosion proof sensors are also available.

ORP (oxidation reduction potential) instruments are used for continuous process monitoring of ORP to ensure corrosion control, biocide disinfectant, scrubber efficiency, chromium reduction, cyanide destruction, textile dyeing, ozone monitoring, and others.

In addition to dynamic sensor checking, the PH450 offers a wash cycle function to assure trouble free and accurate analysis with a minimum of maintenance.

ORP (oxidation reduction potential) electrodes and sensors are the sensing portions of an ORP measurement. They offer various installation options including retractable, flow-through, immersion and direct insertion.

FF20/FS20 Flow Fittings

For liquid analysis, the sensors are usually mounted in either a flow or immersion fitting. As a result, we offer a full range of fittings with particular emphasis on designs that reduce installation and maintenance time and consequently save operation costs. A high degree of standardization makes it possible to mount electrodes with DIN dimensions directly into a fitting. For most other types a mounting kit is available.

FU20/PH20

The PH20/FU20 all-in-one sensors feature four separate elements (pH, reference, temperature, ORP) allowing for the simultaneous measurement of pH and ORP. The FU20 features a rugged Ryton™ body and the PH20 features a PVDF body. The integral NPT threads on the sensors make installation convenient.

FU24

The FU24 is an all-on-one pH and ORP sensor made with a chemical resistant PPS 40GF body for harsh pH applications. It is particularly useful in applications with fluctuating pressure and/or temperature. These processes shorten sensor life because the process fluids move in and out of the sensor under influence of frequent pressure and/or temperature fluctuations. This results in fast desalting and dilution of the reference electrolyte which in turn changes the reference voltage causing a drifting pH measurement.

PH87/PH97

The PH97 electrodes are designed to be durable and rugged for use with the PH87 assemblies. Each PH97 holds four separate elements in a rugged Ryton™ body which includes a pH bulb guard and an anti-blowout restraint. This pH system is composed of a metal impregnated Ryton™ solution ground, a double-junction reference, universal pH glass (0-14 pH) and a PT1000 temperature element. In many applications the large volume reference reservoir will provide an extended functional life.

PR10

The PR10 is a universal retractable assembly that is suitable for applications where the sensors must be removed without interrupting or shutting down the process. Without any special tools, it can be retracted safely from the process at pressures up to 5 bar (72 psi). The PR10 is designed to accept any commercially available pH/ORP or dissolved oxygen sensor that has a PG13.5 connection.

RF20H

Retractable holders are attached to tanks or piping by an applicable process connection. In order to comply with the various process properties, the RF20H (Extract 810 and 820) retractable holder is fabricated of stainless steel, Alloy C-22 or plastic. You can further choose between different process and cleaning ports, sealing materials, and sensors.

pH analyzers, meters and transmitters are used for continuous process monitoring of pH to ensure water/product quality, monitor effluent discharge, batch neutralization, pulp stock, scrubbers, cooling towers, chemical, water/wastewater treatment and many other applications.

SC25V

The SC25V is our first combination pH sensor in a 12 mm design that includes an integral temperature element and a liquid earth electrode. This design provides a large electrolyte volume giving the sensor longer life than most comparable pH electrodes.

Tunable diode laser analyzers provide a wide range of measurements with the quick response and accuracy needed for applications that require immediate alert of process upset or out of compliance moisture concentrations. This moisture measurement solution also features patented pressure and temperature compensated calibration to minimize variations in background gas compositions.

Aurora moisture analyzers provide moisture measurement from low PPM to % levels. The Aurora analyzers have an intuitive interface that makes them easy to learn, configure and operate. Turbidity analyzes use right angle scattered light to determine the relative clarity of a liquid. These analyzers provide simple, accurate and reliable measurements.

TB750G

The TB750G turbidity analyzer uses a right angle light scattering method that provides highly reliable measurements and improved maintainability. It is best suited to find the turbidity of finished water and water used in general processes. A wide range of options are available to meet users’ needs.
